We visited several cities and stayed at different hotel chain. NH León has surpassed beyond our expectations. Location is perfect, walking distance to all attractions. We were located at the plaza mayor and were supposed to have a room with a view but the plaza was being renovated and noise was an issue so we were given an inner room location which worked great because it was quiet and made our sleep very pleasant. The room is super clean , comfortable and it has everything we needed. It is cleaned daily. The staff were super nice and I celebrated my birthday during our stay in León and the staff surprised me with some birthday sweets which made my day special . We had a welcoming treat upon arrival and some goodies when we checked out. If we can rate this hotel more than 5 stars we would. Highly recommended 🥰

Beautifully located in the heart of Leon, in the Plaza Mayor. We arrived by car and directions provided to the public car park with reserved but first come first served NH Hotel spaces were clear and easy to follow. It’s a very nice modern hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms with balconies overlooking the Plaza - a striking setting. There is inevitably some later night noise from the cafes that fill the square. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment - there are lots of cafes within a few minutes walk. The old quarter of Leon is fairly small but lively and thonged with families groups of friends and couples enjoying bars serving free tapas with the first round of drinks - very glad we stayed here and got to experience Leon if just for one night

It was well located. We needed twin beds and a walk in shower because of 2 recent knee replacement surgeries.We had a lovely room, with a huge bathroom. Plenty of room for clothing and other items for a 5 night stay. However, the best part of this visit, was the staff. They were always smiling, friendly, accommodating and helpful. Upon checking in, we found an assortment of chocolates in our room, beautifully displayed. There was always water each day in the room. Several nights in, we received another gift of lovely soaps. And lastly, as we left they gave us another gift of 2 waters and some candy for the road! What makes a superior hotel is the attitude of the staff and accommodating special needs. We would fully recommend this hotel!

Breakfast was wonderful, and the young male waiter on duty was particularly lovely and kind. Indeed every staff member I dealt with was really nice and very helpful. The room was great, though a bit on the small side. The shower stall was very spacious and the shower itself was nice and powerful. Since the shower stall was fully enclosed water didn’t run out onto the floor, thankfully! The minibar kept things nice and cold! The view of Plaza Mayor from my window was fantastic! My stay could not have been more pleasant!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for along weekend. Our whole experience was great. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The lady on reception was highly knowledgeable about the local area and when we asked for specific information she was happy to provide the same. The hotel rooms are comfortable and modern and the hotel is very well placed to see most of the major attractions in Leon. The breakfast is also exceptional providing every kind of food that a guest could ask for.
