We visited several cities and stayed at different hotel chain. NH León has surpassed beyond our expectations. Location is perfect, walking distance to all attractions. We were located at the plaza mayor and were supposed to have a room with a view but the plaza was being renovated and noise was an issue so we were given an inner room location which worked great because it was quiet and made our sleep very pleasant. The room is super clean , comfortable and it has everything we needed. It is cleaned daily. The staff were super nice and I celebrated my birthday during our stay in León and the staff surprised me with some birthday sweets which made my day special . We had a welcoming treat upon arrival and some goodies when we checked out. If we can rate this hotel more than 5 stars we would. Highly recommended 🥰

Breakfast was wonderful, and the young male waiter on duty was particularly lovely and kind. Indeed every staff member I dealt with was really nice and very helpful. The room was great, though a bit on the small side. The shower stall was very spacious and the shower itself was nice and powerful. Since the shower stall was fully enclosed water didn’t run out onto the floor, thankfully! The minibar kept things nice and cold! The view of Plaza Mayor from my window was fantastic! My stay could not have been more pleasant!

Absolutely stunning hotel right bang-smack in the centre of Leon, in the heart of the action in amongst all the tapas bars and late-night hideaways. On top of that the breakfast is outstanding and the staff are very friendly.

Beautifully located in the heart of Leon, in the Plaza Mayor. We arrived by car and directions provided to the public car park with reserved but first come first served NH Hotel spaces were clear and easy to follow. It’s a very nice modern hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms with balconies overlooking the Plaza - a striking setting. There is inevitably some later night noise from the cafes that fill the square. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment - there are lots of cafes within a few minutes walk. The old quarter of Leon is fairly small but lively and thonged with families groups of friends and couples enjoying bars serving free tapas with the first round of drinks - very glad we stayed here and got to experience Leon if just for one night

The ladies at reception were very helpful that is both Patricia and Rocio. Rocio went out of her way to contact me regarding my blazer and shirt which I had left behind when I left getting in contact with me as I was waiting for my train. This was very timely as I had forgotten my passport in the blazer being in a rush to get to the train station in a timely manner.

Great location. Views over the Plaza Mayor. Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast (however see additional comments). Really enjoyable stay. Within easy walking distance to the main sights, bars and restaurants. Would stay here again.

I arrived while on Camino de Santiago pilgrimage walk. I had sprained my ankle and needed a place to rest up for a few days. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind!! Found me clinic to get evaluated and taxi to get me there. Made me a great custom ice pack and supplied one whenever I asked. They inquired after me several times and provided me with a delightful plate of goodies on my last day wishing me the best. Can't say enough about the staff!!! Room was large and very clean. Good powerful shower. Very comfortable bed. Great internet. Good breakfast buffet. Location is great right on Plaza Mayor and close to many restaurants/cafes, cathedral, etc.

The central location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. The lift from the underground public car park was next to the hotel making it easy to handle luggage. The staff were very helpful in making suggestions and booking a restaurant for us.

The hotel is a five minute walk from the cathedral, the major tourist attraction in the city. The glass there is of remarkable quality. The hotel is also on the Plaza Major, with the former city hall, now a conservatory, directly across. For me, this reminder of Old Castile is a charmer. I enjoyed the breakfast too. Enough dairy products, cereals and fruit for a lacto-ovo-vegetarian to be content.
